Dialog(RM2.35) –back to the lower end of its
trading range of RM2.30-2.55 with MACD way oversold and RSI 40. Fundamentally
will continue to see improvement from maiden contributions from its Ph 1
Pengerang proj (land reclamation works and construction of tanks) in addition
to the Balai marginal field RSC with its ptnrs Roc Oil and Petronas as well
as additional 2-3 small field RSCs to expand recurring income. Accumulate at
current lvls which coincides with the 200D SMA. (LJN)

Cypark (RM1.53) –share price has retraced
from high of RM1.82 back to support lvl of RM1.50, forming a head and
shoulder neckline here. MACD is way oversold with RSI at 36. Upcoming qtrly
results will continue to see growth as RE electricity sales gain traction as
evident in last quarter’s rslts. Co is in negotiations to sign a 25yr
concession for biogass and biomass in N9 which will add another 20MW capacity
to further boost future earnings. In addition, its 8MW in Pajam is expected
to reach 60MW capacity by end of 2013. Increasing gas prices will also be a
boon for RE sales in future. Trades at PER ’13 mere 4x as earnings expected
to see a boost from its RE parks-accumulate.
