MACD is looking to turn up and RSI of 42 trending higher. 1H numbers announced recently show that the company is on course to at least meet expectations of RM90m net profits for the year, equating to a 8.5x PE at current levels. It is still actively seeking future asset acquisition to enhance earnings with the most likely to come in the form of a FPSO, possibly before FYE. Immediate target 95sen.

Trading at the low end of its 3mth range despite the recent positive of rolling out their Home Broadband service. Their 100mbps Home Broadband service will be the cheapest in terms of RM/mbps and also the fastest offered to home users. It has an immediate penetration into 100k homes in the Klang Valley and Penang. This will significantly improve its presence and significantly improve utilization rates. BUY with an immediate target of RM3.55.
