We
reiterate our buy call on this counter as its sub Petra Energy has gained
+41.4% YTD vs Waseong +16% . Its 26.9% stake in Petra Energy is
now valued at RM263m or 34sen/share. Fundamentals should continue to improve
in coming quarters with the smooth execution of their pipe coating contacts
reflected in 1Q results. Under its sub Wasco Engineering International Ltd
(WEIL) which designs and fabricates upstream and downstream oil and gas
production and processing equipment, gas compressors and power generation
packages, the company could also have a role to play in Petronas RAPID
project. Buy with immediate resistance at RM2.20 levels.

Difficult
market environment was reflected in its 1Q results showing loss of market
share to competitors. This coupled with expected rising interest rate
environment could threaten its annually expected 40sen dividend payout which
has been the main pillar for its price maintenance at these lofty levels vs
main competitors. Management itself at a recent conference call has already
cautioned that the payout may not be sustainable in 2015. Going forward we
expect it to under perform the industry with the preferred yield play likely
to switch further to Digi. Immediate down side RM6.40.
