Ytlpower (RM1.60) – stock rosed 10% in 9
consecutive trading days as market speculates the resurfacing of the
privatisation move by its parent YTL corp but the news quickly settled and
the price has then eased for the last 2 trading days retracing 3.7% closing
just below the neckline of Fibonacci’s 38% retracement level on Friday. While
technical indicators suggest more downside to this, we believe that this is
an opportunity to accumulate on its technical weakness closer to the 50 days
MA of RM1.56 (61.8% retracement). Also, concerns for its YES broadband subsided
after the group posted better revenue in the first quarter, numbers indicated
that there has been a slight growth in the subscriber base of YTLPs YES
broadband with its 4G as a potential kicker. Stock is currently under the
radar of many investors as they await more Privatisation news to be unfolded.
Accumulate near support. Breakout level RM1.67 (200MA). (RL)

AIRPORT (RM5.62)
– 2013 would be a good year for MAHB as it fills its timeline with more
potentially lucrative growth story. Besides the overwhelming response to KLIA
2 that’s due for launch in June 2013, MAHB had just recently announced plans
to bid for a consortium that will leave them with a role to manage the
deteriorating business at Stansted Airport. The consortium to bid for
Stansted Airport involves a partnership with powerful conglomerate YTL Corp
as its partner that gives MAHB the competitive edge over other bidders such
as Manchester Airport group, Macquarie Group & Incheon Airport in terms
of capex needed for the bid. MAHB’s stake in the consortium would be as small
as 5-10% but could increase groups PAT by atleast 6% if bid is won. Currently
trading at a premium of 22x, prices have just breached thru the 200 days SMA
and has formed a new support at RM5.59. Mid/Long Term Buy TP : RM6.34 (RL)
