price has risen almost 16% ytd from RM1.36 making them the best performing
REIT out of the big 4. We believe PAVREIT has peaked at its recent high of
RM1.65 as it lacks catalyst with dividend only yielding 4.47% based on FY13
estimates compared to others such as CMMT (5%) and SUNREIT (5.2%) and IGBREIT
(4.9%). MACD has just cut down. For exposure to retail REIT we prefer CMMT
(refer morning call 13/3/13). SELL and buyback at RM1.45

price has risen 12.6% ytd from RM12.52. We advocate a SELL at current levels
as yield is no longer attractive at 4.5% and has pretty much priced in the 3
year sponsorship deal with BPL. 2 major events (Olympics and EURO 2012) were
also held in 2012, hence we could see volumes moderating this year. Current
level is only on par with analyst 12M target price average of RM14.07. RSI is
overbought at 72 with MACD turning down. SELL and buyback around
RM12.50-13.00.
