Digi (RM4.42) – a shift out of more defensive telcos
and the perceived overhang from TimeCom’s distribution has sent the stock
down to 8mth lows and more importantly a palatable yield of 5%. Going forward
, medium turn upgrades could come from a successful launch of its LTE
services which will target larger screen users and also cost savings from its
collaboration with another network provider. The company is also working on
setting up a business trust structure to help maximize payout. Accumulate
with resistance seen at SMA 200 or RM4.80.

Favco (RM1.75) – Share price recently spiked 14%
after parent company Muhibbah Engineering’s (owns 62% of Favco) results that
came in better than expected despite making a large provision for APH. On the
other hand, the group’s growth story remains lacklustre with 78mil worth of
crane orders which are only expected to contribute positively to earnings in
1QFY14. With the price just 3% from an all-time high, we recommend investors
to lock in profits and buyback at around RM1.56- 1.60. RSI 76%. Trading sell
