KNM (RM0.495): Trading volume picked
up yesterday as share price tested the RM0.50 level. MACD has just started to
cut up and should it clear the 52sen, we see further upside to 60sen level.
KNM remains a laggard play to recent surge in O&G stocks as it trades at
8.3xPE. Excluding Peterborough project and Orizon Wte project, orderbook
stands at RM1.8bn after securing a RM309mil job to supply Heavy Residue
Conversion Complex located in Russia back in Feb. Re-rating will come from
converting its massive tender book of RM19b or the listing of Borsig on SGX
which is slated in the 2H2013. Trading Buy TP: RM0.60 (TYK)

YEELEE (RM0.92):
Trading volume picked up recently as its major shareholder Dato’ Lim A Heng
and related parties has been actively acquiring shares in the company. Yee
Lee’s share price has been range bound between 78sen to 92sen since mid 2011,
but recent activities could see a breakout and re-test its high in 2010 of
RM1.24. YEELEE is essentially a consumer stock in the business of
manufacturing and distributing FMCG products such as Campbell, Red bull and
Johnson & Johnson. YEELEE also owns 46.71% of Spritzer worth RM71.7mil or
44% of its own market capitalisation. We see better prospects for YEELEE
going forward on recovery in palm oil refinery margins, continued stimulus by
Govt such as BR1M and higher contribution from Spritzer. Profits from
Spritzer now contribute 20% to YEELEE after revenue grew at a significant
CAGR of 15% for past 4 years. Plans are also afloat to further expand its
upstream plantation business as it owns over 2000acres land in Sabah. YEELEE
trades at historical PE of 7x. Trading Buy with TP: RM1.10 (TYK)
