Stock showed signs of breakout yesterday as volume
picked up and stock made a new recent hi (last high was in 2011 of RM2.15).
Technically poised for a breakout as MACD is oversold and signaling a turn
upwards. Following up on our previous call on 15 May, we still believe
Sarawak themed buying will propel stock higher as still trades at a cheap
PER’14 8.7x. To recap, Co recently secured 3yr Petronas supplier
license for fabrication of o&g steel facilities which will open up a new
source of income as it can now execute a full range of fabrication jobs
including: construction, installation, commissioning jobs. It owns a 28.3ha
fabrication yard by Sg Sarawak, Kuching which has a 50k ton capacity. Sitting
on OB RM310m which can last the co another 18mths, co will easily see more
replenishment of orders from SCORE and Sarawak Govt. It recently received LoA
from Govt of Sarawak for RM48m Transmission Pipeline to Samajaya Free
Industrial Zone over 2yrs. Accumulate for continued

CanOne (RM3.44) – stk has been consolidating between the RM3.30-60
range as co completes its acqn of 32% KJoo with board room changes
implemented. Stk is now back to lower end of that trading range providing opp
to accum as believe after this consolidation phase, stk will claw higher as
still at very cheap PER of 5.4x despite current MV of stake in KJoo making up
85% of CanOne’s mkt cap. Technically appealing as RSI 59, MACD oversold.
Accumulate for LT rerating as KJoo’s aluminium can biz continues to enhance
CanOne’s biz.
