stk has retraced 15% almost back
to its neckline lvls in May after touching its peak of RM5.05. Technically is
oversold with RSI 31. MRT2 to be its main catalyst as co is expected to
secure main underground and tunneling works as well as PDP appointment as
soon as Oct’13. Strong earnings visibility for rest of year as sitting on OB
RM4bn with outstanding issues of asset disposal of water concessionaire and
highway concession in the offing which may lead to special div payments to
s/h. accum with target of RM5.20

after a recent gd run peaking at
RM4.50, stk has corrected 17% to current lvls. Next spending from Petronas is
speculated to be for transport and installation of pipelines jobs and
offshore platforms worth RM3bn. This is expected to benefit SKPetro who is
eyeing direct negotiated jobs involving 10 large central processing platform
jobs in Msia. Full impact of recent SeaDrill acquisition will be felt later
in the yr whilst its 1st marginal oilfield contract will be
imputed in 4Q13. Co also hopes to secure more pipe lay supply vessel (PLSVs)
contracts from Petrobras as it is one of 2 shortlisted bidders. Accumulate as
trading near its 50D SMA lvl of RM3.72 with technicals pointing to oversold
lvls: MACD gap widening and RSI 42. (t) RM4.50
