Share price currently sits at its
strong support neckline of RM5.15. We see limited downside with potential
rally ahead of year end closing as past 2 years share price rose in excess of
10% in the month of December. Budget 2014 saw govt announcing plans to
increase internet coverage in rural areas, a new underwater cable (RM850m)
and HSBB2 (RM1.8bn). These projects are expected to benefit TM immensely with
govt grants reducing TM CAPEX while expanding its subscriber base. TM has
also launched three initiatives recently – My1Hub, Cahaya Malaysia submarine
cable system and Iskandar International Gateway which will improve
connectivity with other regional hubs. Recent tie up with Astro for 2 sport
channels is also expected to boost subscribers for Unifi and HyppTV. Dividend
yield is attractive at 4.48%. Trading Buy with TP: RM5.90

Recent bullishness in CPO has seen
mid cap plantation names such as TDM, TSH and SOP rising over 10% for past 2
months. While selected names such as SWKPLNT and KULIM is down YTD at 7.4%
and 9.4% respectively. We believe valuation for SWKPLNT is undemanding with
implied valuation of RM18,235/ha for its plantation land of 51,965ha.
Management has been addressing its low FFB yield situation with FFB
production growth of 9.7% in 6MFY13. Age profile of its trees is mature with
estimated average age of 14yrs. Valuation is undemanding at 8.6xFY14PE with
dividend yield of 6%. Buy with TP: RM2.90 (10xFY14PE)
