After hitting a high of RM5.71 share
price has retraced back to its support neckline of RM5.30. RSI has also
fallen to 34% with MACD gapped open in negative territory. Given the market
uncertainty Bstead gives an attractive dividend yield of 5.6% for FY14 with
over 40% of EBIT coming from defensive sector of pharmaceutical and trading
of BHPetrol. Net profit is projected to grow at CAGR of 17% with better
performances from its shipbuilding & heavy industry division backed the
RM9b combat vessels contract while plantation sector would also benefit from
the higher CPO prices coupled with the catalyst of a plantation arm IPO this
year. Accumulate with TP: RM6.00 (14xPE and 5% div yield)
