1) The KLCI traded sideways today closing just below
parity before the nation closes for a public holiday tomorrow; This is despite
the stronger US market over the weekend which ended a volatile week on a
positive note. In the regional market, bourses were generally higher led by
SHCOMP+2.08% and HSI 1.82% on speculation that the China government will deepen
capital market reforms to bolster equities in the nation. In the local market,
investors remained cautious amidst global uncertainties as they pick selected
second liners to ride on in this choppy market, some of the stocks that saw
activities were such as MAYBULK +2.77%, BENALEC +1.55%, THHEAVY +4.46%, WPRTS
+2.88%, DSONIC +1.72%. Market breadth was negative as losers edged gainers by
414 : 391. Futures closed at 1867 (1pt premium).

4) Situational:-
LANDMRK 0.00% 1.14 - Landmarks Bhd will invest RM2bn in
the first phase to develop Southeast Asia's largest waterfront resort city,
Treasure Bay, located in Bintan Island Indonesia. The development plan will
span over 20 years and will roll out over 835 acres of land. Landmarks, which
is 30.3% owned by Genting, will be having the official signing ceremony with
its joint venture partners and operators on the 12th of June, 2014.

Via Dagang Net which contributes 85 per cent to the
group''s revenue is set to embark on a regional expansion.It will leverage on
its subsidiary Dagang Net Technologies Sdn Bhd''s Pan Asian Alliance network,
which includes countries such as Singapore, Thailand and the Philippines.It
currently operates the National Single Window (NSW) which facilitates
electronic customs-related transactions and duty payments and electronic
document transfer between members of its trading community made up of
manufacturers, importers and exporters, forwarders, shipping agents, terminal
and port operators, banks, permit issuing agencies as well as port and customs
authorities. It looks to expand on current offerings of customs-related
e-commerce services to provide end-to-end e-commerce services for trade
facilitation.
Dagang Net recently received a two-year contract
extension, from Sept 25, 2014 to Sept 24, 2016, from the government for the NSW
Trade Facilitation System. This has given the group some hope to participate in
the implementation of GST next year. Trading Buy.

to continue.
