the most expensive big cap plantation at 20xfy15 vs 7 years historical of
16.7x. Limited FFB growth at 3% with 66% of planted trees in its prime age.
Share price was trading at RM4.00 when CPO prices were around RM2200/MT last
year. CPO price is expected to remain low as production hit peak cycle and
Government’s deferment of the implementation of B5 Biodiesel mandate to end
of the year would reduce the demand of palm oil. IOI is also expected to be
excluded from the Shariah list in Nov as Conventional Debts/Asset ratio is

engaged primarily in property development. Share price has consolidated well
above the RM1.10 level with 100MA cutting above 200MA. Current unbilled sales
stood at RM267mil as at Mar’14. Sales are expected to jump as 2 new projects
namely Elevia Residences (RM120mil) and TWY Mon't Kiara (RM400mil) are
launched in 2HCY2014. Group also targets to launch Tijani Signal Hill
JV project in Kota Kinabalu (GDV:RM570mil), JV in Kota Bharu, Kelantan
(GDV:RM400mil) and office building and retail units in Jalan Semangat,
Petaling Jaya (RM250mil) by 1HCY2015. All these could potential quadruple its
unbilled sales. Company’s crown jewel is its 419acres Sungai Long land which
