lifted by via its 39% stake in Dnex which has proposed to enter the O&G
arena via a M&A exercise. Price has shown signs of trending higher,
bouncing off its recent low of 47sen.

Top line set to grow after recent heavy capex
spending over the past few years to address its full capacity restrictions.
Apart from revenue growth, the company is also looking to change its product
mix by introducing premium products to improve margins. New initiatives also
include Nutraceutical Candy (nutrient and vitamin enhanced). The additional
capacity will also enable the company to further push forward its overseas
expansion into Spore, HK and Indonesia to ramp up sales. Trading at current
PE of 11.1x and a steep discount to its NTA of RM1.64, we rate the stock a
buy with a target price of 71 sen or 13x PE which we feel is warranted given
