After breaking below its support neckline of
RM2.80, share price has consolidated well at the RM2.40 level. Despite strong
recovery seen in O&G names in the past 2 trading days, PENERGY is still
trading at recent low of RM2.38. Earnings visibility is fairly strong backed
by its HUCC/TMM contracts which is valued at RM3-3.5bn. Its KBM RSC has been
a success with cluster capable of achieving 20,000bpd. PENERGY is now vying
for new PSC/RSC given the success in KBM. New Shariah list is expected in
Nov, given a slew of O&G names which are expected to miss out, PENERGY is
a proxy for investment into Shariah names. Remains in the running for subsea
contract estimated at RM900m. Accumulate with TP: RM2.80

Trades near its recent high of RM5.15, we
advocate a sell into strength as earning growth is projected to slow to high
single digits with revenue growth target of 10%. This is mainly due to less
capacity left for sale on the Unity Cable and its subsequent investment in
FASTER cable system only operational in the 2H2016. Although company is in
the telco segment, its earnings are more lumpy with dividend yield of only
1.3%. weekly MACD has cutdown. Sell with buy back target of RM4.30 level.
