Stock has retraced more than 20% in less than
a month on the back of the broad market correction, and it has reached a
strong support level where it consolidated for nearly 2 months before it
began its strong rally to its all-time high. It is also very near to its
sma200 support which has held for the last 5 years. Its organic growth
is backed by high margin contracts for its FSO & FPSO that has kicked-off
in FY14 and further enhanced in FY15 from its acquisition of Norwegian-based
FPSOs operator, Fred Olsen Production. Yinson is also expected to
see positive newsflows from its likely successful Ghana tender. The added
x-factor is having Kencana Capital as a major shareholder in their co. This
will facilitate their bids for Malaysian contracts. Buy

Stock broke support of RM1.11 yesterday with
technical indicators flashing sell signals. Its weekly macd is also on the
verge of cutting down. In addition, Glomac’s trading liquidity is low which
is risky to sell downs in the current risk averse market. The company has
hinted in their recent post results briefing that there may be a delay in new
launches with the current property market slowdown, hence the investing
community will cut their estimates from the earlier guided RM800m new sales
for FY15. Reduce exposure
