Spritzer (RM2.08) - is the largest &
most integrated bottled mineral water producer in Malaysia. It has been
gaining market share with its wide product range for various market segments
and its strong branding. As M'sian society becomes more affluent & health
conscious, consumption of mineral water will naturally grow & especially
its silicon-rich Spritzer natural mineral water (with its known health
benefits) will see increasing demand. The company is also expanding its
export sales which has tremendous potential as currently export sales account
for <10% of total sales. The company invested RM23m in capex last year for
a fully automated & high speed production line & upgraded its
warehouse facilities. The company is expected to benefit from lower unit cost
of production & logistics this current year. Coupled with the defensive
nature of its industry, its valuation at PER 10.4x for FY4/15 is particularly
attractive. Accumulate

Stock is down 24% since its
high in July & is now trading at key support level of RM1.50/49, at an
attractive level to start accumulation. Dialog has continued to execute on
its core business with its 3rd tank terminal project at Pengerang, where
Phase 1A & 1B have been completed & started operations, while Phase
1C's construction is near completion. This deep-water petroleum terminal
project will underpin Dialog’s long-term profitability with compounded
consensus 3-year eps growth of 25.5%. The recently announced JV with Petronas
& Johor govt for the development
of LNG regasification facilities confirms
Phases 2 & 3 are ready for development. These are all potential
sizeable jobs for its EPCC division which will add to the secured jobs and
provide earnings visibility for easily the next 5 years. Accumulate
