The long-awaited pipes
replacement work for Selangor & FT is finally upon us & Fitters is
prime to take advantage as it has the right to manufacture & distribute
Orientated Polyvinyl Chloride pipes in South East Asia. The patented
"molecular orientation "technology gives PVC-O pipes higher impact resistance
& longer lifespan of 50 years compared to the 30-year lifespan of
steel-based pipes. It also has price competitiveness from cheaper raw
materials, lighter weight easing transport/logistics costs & its pioneer
status with 8-year tax exemption. This technology is also proven with
successful implementation in Australia, Italy, France, Spain, S Africa, etc.
The PVC-O pipes have also been certified by SPAN & SIRIM for usage in
M'sia. 2 production lines have commenced in Oct'14 & an additional line
will be added early next year. Valuation is attractive with FY15 PER of 5.9x
& p/bk of 0.9x. Trading buy

Stock has fallen 27% from
August high, is oversold with RSI of 25% & is now trading near strong
support of RM1.82-1.77 levels. While Malaysian consumption may be impacted by
the GST implementation, TuneIns main growth business segment in travel
insurance (TI) is shielded because of improving regional growth, especially
in core countries of Thailand & Indonesia. The recent airline mishaps
have also seen a significant jump in demand for TI. Its earnings prospect for
2015 is also envisaged to be better from full year contributions from
associate companies in Thailand & the Middle East and a lower claims
ratio from the expansion of the TI business. Trading at FY15 & FY16 PER
of 15.6x & 13.0x respectively coupled with superior eps CAGR of >20%
for the next 2 years, the current weakness is an opportunity to accumulate a
growth stock.
