A good candidate to ride through current volatility with strong free
cash flow and healthy net cash balance sheet of RM291m. We expect Co’s
topline to improve going forward driven by higher sales volume from higher
supply secured from the Melaka RGT and tariff revisions every 6-months.
Currently trading at 19.6x FY15 & 18.8x FY16 PER vs 3 year historical
average of 23.6x and yielding 4.7% FY15 & 5.1% FY16 (min 75% payout).
Technicals look attractive with RSI @ 33 and macd cutting up. Accumulate.

With applications for SEDA’s RE quota closing on 28Jan’15, we expect
RE allocations to be announced soon in which Co has an excellent chance of
securing being the only pure solar player, from its first mover advantage and
having successfully sercured quotas from SEDA previously. The stock has
retraced 39% from its 6-month high of RM3.05 and is now trading attractively
at PER of 5.9x & 5.1x, p/b of 1.1x & 0.9x FY15 & 16 respectively
strengthened by dividend yield of 7.0% FY15 & 16. Stock is currently
oversold with RSI @ 27. Accumulate.
