(17%-40%). 83% of vessels are on LT charter with orderbook of RM1bn. Only two
5k BHP and one 10k bhp on spot with aim for LT tender. As there are no new
OSV prior to 1Q2016, company will have minimal impact from current uncertain
environment. Weekly MACD is on the verge of golden cross, which could see
them retesting RM1.30 (38% retracement) n RM1.41 (50% retracement). Trading

As port names get scarcer with takeover of
Integrax by Tenaga, Suria offers an attractive Port business with the
cheapest valuation among the 4 listed port players at 9.8xFY15 PER with
reasonable dividend of 3.5%. SURIA yearly op CF is a staggering RM120m
compared to div payout of RM23m. Given its net cash position, the windfall
gain from the launching of Jesselton Quay is expected to provide company
flexibility to increase dividend. Accumulate with TP: RM2.92 (12xFY15 PER)
