We continue to like Huayang for being one of the few
property developers to focus on the affordable housing market which is
expected to stay resilient for the next few years to come. While the
implementation of GST might dampen sales over the first 2 quarters, the
management is still committed to deliver a strong double digit growth for
FY15 which will be driven by the 700mil unbilled sales. Moving forward, the
group will continue its land banking activities while launching its up and
coming project in Puchong Wests (RM1.35bn) in 2h of the year. Valuation is
undemanding at only 5.6x for FY15 and 5.3x for FY16 paired with a 6.6% div
yield, we advocate a BUY recommendation with an immediate upside to RM2.46
following bullish technical indicators.

With the uncertainty of market directions continue to
suppress the overall sentiments, we believe that a div yield strategy will be
appropriate to weather these conditions. Share price of the group increased
17% from its low of RM1.27 low following the weakening ringgit against the
USD last month. Fundamentally, the group will look to increase contributions
from its high margin biotech products (high precision weighing scales and
centrifuges) to 50% from 25% of revenue in the next 3 years. At this phase,
the group is concentrating on more R&D work to optimize its operations by
means of technology enhancement. Valuations seem undemanding at 12x and pays
8% div yield (FY15). Group is also with no debt and is net cash of 0.30
cents per share. ACCUMULATE on weakness, immediate support (S1) seen at
RM1.47 & next (S2) is at RM1.43.
