Stock has fallen >15% over the past
6-months presenting a good low-risk opportunity to accumulate an undervalued
core blue (trading at 15.4x FY’15 PER vs peer average of 20.4x) and to
position for the group catalysts which include: 1) expected approval of
gaming legislation in Japan by May’15; 2) securing approvals for the Jeju
casino resort; 3) commencement of Fox theme park in FY’16; 4) greater
contribution from non-gaming division especially it’s China O&G venture;
5) groundbreaking of its Las Vegas resort and 6) a very healthy warchest of
about RM17bn to secure new gaming potentials. Daily RSI oversold at 21.

A good proxy play to ASEAN consumer staple
market with exposure in largely populated markets – Vietnam, Indonesia and
Malaysia providing robust regional volume growth. Co has just commenced
operations of its first Indonesian flour mill in 3Q’14 on JV basis with PT
Bungasari which will further boost its regional earnings. Furthermore, there
is bright prospects of expansion into Myanmar and Cambodia. GST is not
expected to impact flour prices as it is an exempt item. With RSI @ 37 and
estimated FY15 PER of 8.5x (FY15 EPS of 18c), current weakness presents an
opportunity to Accumulate backed by healthy dividend yield of 5.8% (dps of
9.0c FY15).
