awarded RAPID project (US$32m), being the first RAPID contract for co, is
very encouraging as a prelude to a longer pipeline of sub-contract works
worth at least RM1bn in which co is tendering for. Current tender book stands
at a healthy RM4bn supported by a sizable RM2.4b order book which provides
earnings visibility for next 2 years. Undemanding valuations of 9.3x &
8.3x PER FY15 & 16 respectively strengthened by 2.4% FY15 & 2.7% FY16
dividend yield; Accumulate with an immediate TP of RM2.72 (13x FY15 PE).

price has retraced 24% over the past 2 months providing a good opportunity to
accumulate an undervalued, under-researched conglomerate. Group to see
improved earnings contribution from its property division (RM2.6b GDV) whilst
supported by steady rental income streams from its two flagship properties –
Menara Hap Seng and Menara Citibank enjoying 90% occupancy, recently launched
Menara Hap Seng 2, 35.5ha of oil palm plantation, and quarry & building materials
division which is a direct beneficiary of govt’s ETP projects. Additionally,
Group’s recent offer to acquire 51% in Hafary Holdings Ltd will help
facilitate its regional expansion into SEA building materials market. With
average EPS growth of 28% over past 3-years, stock trades at only 9.1x FY15
PER (40c FY15 EPS assuming 15% YoY growth) with average 4.9% yield & RSI
@ 27; Buy.
