is an attractive proxy play to both local and regional power sector which is
expected to grow by 80% to 2035 (WEF). Locally, co is expected to benefit
from TNB’s higher capex of RM23.3bn which runs to 2017. Furthermore, its
recent awarded Distribution Control System contract by TNB is a good
reference for future projects which is usually handled by foreign firm with
no local experts. This is positive for Co due to attractive 15% net margin
and as power producers move forward towards power plant automation. Orderbook
of RM550m should provide 2-years of earnings visibility coupled with RM1.3bn
tenderbook providing promising growth. Valuation seems undemanding at 12.1x
PER with a 3.4% dividend yield FY16. Accumulate on weakness with immediate
support at RM3.95. (SPK)

recently announced acquisition of April Eight (China) Ltd (centralized
kitchen) will pave the way for Co to gain access into China’s burgeoning
consumer market whilst ensuring price, delivery efficiency and food safety.
We think the group’s focus on expanding into overseas markets is positive
especially in China & Indonesia with its large population and Singapore
& Australia which has strong consumer purchasing power. Coffee price
having fallen 28% over past 2-months should also provide a boost to earnings.
Macd cutting up and trading at undemanding 13x FY16 PE with 4.2% dividend
yield FY16. Accumulate. (SPK)
