Share price has retraced back to its strong
support RM2.00 level with RSI falling to 31%. S’holders will be voting on 25th
Mar for the sale of 49% stake in MPIB for RM355.8m. Post sale, MPHBCAP will
have cash exceeding RM700m (RM1/Share). MPHB has the option to sell another
21% after Jun’15 which paves the way for MPHB to reward shareholders via
capital management. Other catalyst includes development of prime land such as
Jln Imbi (5.8acres) next to TRX, Hotel Flamingo at Ampang and launches from
JV property projects in Rawang, Gombak and Teluk Tempoyak in Penang, Accumulate.

Share price has retraced back to support
level after hitting a high of RM1.60 when company announced plans to
establish a 20:80 JV with Greenland Malaysia to acquire 128acres in Tebrau
Johor for RM2.4bn (RM430psf). The signing of the SPA has been extended to 20th
Mar which is expected to act as a catalyst for the whole region which IWCITY
owns 980acres. Assuming we value the net land of 750acres at RM400psf,
company could be worth a staggering RM13bn. Accumulate
