BURSA RM8.48 : The share price
has been climbing since release of its FY14 results which marginally exceeded
expectations. It is now trading at 22x FY15, close to its 5 year average PE
& in line with regional peers. We deem it fairly valued, as we forsee
softer trading activities in the near term, with sentiments depressed by
broad macro uncertainties and concerns over outflow of foreign funds
especially in the 2H, and not returning anytime soon. Retail players are
likely to remain sidelined & be more vigilant with their trading habits
given the choppy market environment. Despite decent dividend of 4-5% ( excl
special div), we see limited upside offered. RSI @ 66. – Trim.

We
anticipate 2015 to be a much improved year for Prestariang after a
disappointing 2014. Newsflow has turned positive since MARA proposed to
acquire a minority stake in UniMY. Group was also recently chosen to be the
exclusive Microsoft Licensing Solution Provider for the MLA2.0 contract which
should boost Prestariang’s earnings significantly. Other growth drivers
include JV with MiE Corp Hldg, Big Data Competency Centre with MOE, MOU with
CIDB, Autodesk & TEKLA and the PISA Acceleration Project. Also growing
dominance in the IT services, s/ware, patented technology, training academy
& education public sectors in Msia. Trading
at 15x FY16 P/E, a dividend yield of 4% & a multitude of potential
re-rating catalysts - Accumulate ( TP RM3.14 based on 20x FY16)
