Share price appreciated 28% (incld 2%
dividend) YTD amid favourable macro-conditions such as stronger USD and lower
raw material prices. However, we see this as an opportunity to take profit
into stock as it appears fairly valued. While, last results revealed a slight
improvement in margins, the group still trails to its peers in terms of
capacity expansion especially in the lucrative nitrile segment. PE stood at
17.9x vs 7 year average of 17x. Stock is overbought as RSI is currently at
its highest points in 2 years at 80%. Take Profit with a BB at RM4.70 –RM4.85
major support.
