The share price has risen c 55% since our buy call
in early March. The momentum was underpinned by the group’s stable business
structure, cost efficiency, expanding market share through M&As, strong
earnings growth trajectory and new growth in online contents. We reckon the
positives have been reflected. We deem Co fairly valued, at 17x FY08/15 &
14x FY16, given its small market capitalization. It is still exposed to risks
of losing contract from the Ministry of Education, spikes in paper prices and
changes in curriculum & educational policies. MACD has just cut downwards
with RSI @ 58 – Trim ( Buyback at support RM2.10).

Earning
is expected to be significantly stronger in 2016, as it will fully
consolidate the earnings of CW Vietnam, capture the growing high margin DIY
markets in Europe which is recovering, ride on the downstream product &
capacity expansion of subsidiary Chin Herr Industries and enjoy impetus from
reinstatement of anti-dumping tax on China made fasteners in EU. It has a minimum
dividend policy of 40% translating to c4.0% yield, while also benefiting from
the 6% GST tax which is lower than existing sale tax of 10%. Given the
numerous catalysts, valuation remains at an undemanding 10.5x for FY06/15 -
Accumulate ( TP RM1.86 on 13x FY15).
