retracement support of the rally from 11/2012 (RM4.60) to its high in 12/2013
(RM9.10), an attractive risk: reward buy level esp with the exp surge in FY16
earnings from the strong growth in 100% ISG and the successful opening of the
45m pax KLIA2 & its lucrative retail space. Other potential catalysts are
potential KLIA concession extension &PSC hike for KLIA2.

Supermax is attractive vs its peers average PER of 21.7x & p/bk of 4.1x (
a significant discount of 50% in PER & 68% in p/bk). Management has also
recently guided that the company’s plants 10 & 11 will achieve full
commercial production by year-end. This will set aside fears of further
delays in its expansion schedules. It is also trading to the
RM1.99/2.00 level which have held support in the last recent 3 corrections.
