The upcoming 11MP to be tabled on May 21 will likely be a boon for MRCB
with catalysts in the form of MRT 2 and LRT 3 towards 2H15. MRCB’s
deleveraging efforts are positive with sale of Platinium Sentral and Nu
Sentral while they switch focus to become a property centric company with
recent acquisition such as German Embassy Land, Kwasa Land and possible
French Embassy land. Prop unbilled sales stand at RM1.7bn with external
construction orderbook of RM1.1bn. Share price has been consolidating near
RM1.30 with possible breakout from reverse H&S pattern at RM1.35. Buy
with TP: RM1.80

share price has not reacted after retracing from recent high of RM1.90 16/4.
Volume picked up significantly in last hr of trading yest. Company’s OB
stands at a healthy RM3.9b which spans over the next 5-9 years. 80-85% of
their business is on a recurring basis with decent yield of 5%-6% in next 2
