With
the acq of Technic, grp will transfrm into the largest plastic moulding and
manufacturing co in Msia. In addition to broadening its product and service
base, the merger would also increase its client base and prod capacity
(currently 80%) in anticipation of more orders; this move also negates risk
of the group relying on its key client, Dyson and having a more balanced
spread of orders from Tecnic’s clients such as Suzuki, Panasonic, Perodua,
Sharp, Denso, etc. Currently trading at 12x FY16 PE and 10x FY17 PE with a 3
year CAGR of 45%. Group pays 4.5% div and has a 50% payout policy. Sh
px consolidated around the RM0.835 and showed signs of a rebound as MACD
turned up. Trading BUY with a TP of RM1.00

Econpile currently has o/s OB of RM550m that
will keep them busy for FY15/16 & tenderbook of RM2.0bn. We also blv that
they will continue to replenish its o/b as the group stands a good chance of
clinching more contracts from the upcoming KVMRT2 due to its track record
previously (KVMRT1). Grp’s recent results also showed an expansion in net
margin to 10% from 7% avg for fy14. Econpile is trading @ 9.9x FY16 & 2%
div yld. MACD consolidated around baseline; sh px downside is limited as
major support seen at RM0.97. Trading BUY on bottoming techs & exp of
more job wins in 2H. TP of RM1.22, 13.5x FY 16 PE.
