The price has been climbing over the past 4 months,
partly on expectation that it is on target to achieve the targeted number of
new store, store refurbishment, more in-store services & other plans set
during the IPO, translating to 3-year CAGR of c20% (vs peers of 15%). Trading
at 22x FY12/16 ( c20% premium over peer average ), we reckon the positives
have been priced in & stock fairly valued. The retail market is expected
to be soft in Q2 with the impact of GST still fresh. Key risks include the
further slowing down of consumer spending & increased competition. – Trim
on high valuation ( Buyback level RM1.50).

Share
price currently trading close to its 4 month support of RM6.98. Their
construction prospects remain bright – outstanding OB stands at RM7b ( still
only 20-30% physical progress, implying good earnings visibility), with
tender book at RM20b ( includes MRT2, LRT3 & other domestic building
jobs). Although property outlook remains cautious, unbilled sales of RM1.7b
and group’s 4900 acres of undeveloped land-bank at RM30b GDV underpin the
longer term prospects. The 1-for-1 proposed bonus issue could further enhance
share liquidity. Trading at undemanding valuation of less than 16x FY03/16
and on verge of entering into a new phase of growth, with MACD just cutting
upwards & RSI @40 - Accumulate ( TP RM7.70, on 17.5x FY03/16).
