Recently announced partnership with Globe Telecom in the Philippines
(60% unbanked population) to provide e-payment services via
smartphones/tablets is positive as it sees GHL new strategy of acquiring
merchants on behalf of telcos, in addition to banks. GHL is expected to post
stronger performance in 2H15 driven by the maiden contribution from its
Malaysian TPA business. Trades at only 22x FY16 PER vs 30.8x 3-yr average
backed by 3yr EPS CAGR of 85%; Accumulate. (TP RM1.40 on 27x FY16 PER).

Having reported 1H15 revenue and net profit of +18% and +39% YoY
respectively, Co is likely to continue outperforming as a direct beneficiary
of a stronger USD (90% revenue In USD), weak rubber price and commencement of
operations of its new factory in Aug’15 boosting capacity by 50% (existing
factory running at full capacity). With capex completed, Co will likely
resume its 90-100% dividend payout ratio translating into 5.8% FY16 div
yield. Trades at 15.9x FY16 PER vs 18x 5-yr average coupled with a golden
cross on macd; Buy (TP: RM2.40 on 17.8x FY16 PER).
