MYEG (RM2.88) - its recent outperformance (+13% in 1
week) is an opportunity to take profit into strength especially if the price
action is related to half-year closing activities. With the current political
tension & uncertainties in the country, MYEG is highly vulnerable to
political risk. Its growth drivers are new activities with unproven track records,
thereby making analysts' forecasts difficult as can be seen from the
continuous downwards revision of their numbers after each quarterly results
announcement. The added controversies of their activities further impinged on
their accuracy. Yet MYEG trades at FY15 PER of 47x vs 5-yr forward average of
25x. There are also negative divergences in its daily & weekly charts.

Weekly
charts dating back to 2012 showed a possible conclusion of a 5-wave pattern
with multiple negative divergences on its daily & weekly rsi & macd.
With the foreign rating agencies scrutinizing M'sia fiscal position,
probability has increased on many of the infrastructure projects that CMS is
eyeing, may be deferred. In addition, with the Sarawak elections around the
corner, any major awards of contracts to CMS may be sensitive & fodder to
the opposition's campaign. Hence, the strong growth projected by analysts may
not be achievable & the stock will sell off if it fails to meet its
consensus no, especially when it is already trading at above-mkt valuations
of 20.7x FY15 PER vs 5-yr average forward PER of 11.9x & peers of 11.5x.
