Since rebounding from RM5.51, the stk is hitting resistance
@ 5,90 after trading ex 1st & final div of 3 sen. At this level, which is
3% from its all-time high, the charts flashing correction with its hanging
man & receding volume at the top end of the trading range, we
would recommend to take profit. Valuations are high – FY14 &
FY15 63x PER of 50x resp, p/bk of 2.4x vs 5-yr average of 1.9x. Its Turkish
operations earnings will also be impacted by the weak Turkish Lira which
has weakened 13% vs MYR over the last 6 mths. The current fear of contagion
from Grexit will further weakened the Turkish Lira & increase interest
rates. Take profit

There are potentially exciting news flows for MRCB, notably
1) reported that it may have won the RM1b National Sports Complex &
Bukit Jalil Stadium refurbishment job; 2) its JV with George Kent is 1
of the remaining 3 shortlisted for the PDP role for the RM9b Klang Valley LRT
3 line; & 3) potential winner for the tender of the French Embassy land
after having won the German Embassy land (GDV RM1.3b). MRCB's deleveraging
exercise is also facilitated by the completion of the MRCB-Quill Reit deal
which provides headroom for further asset injections. MRCB has external
construction OB of RM1.1b & RM1.7b unbilled ppty sales - providing at
least 2 yrs of earnings visibility. Technically, trading near support @ 1.17,
the current weakness is an opportunity to accumulate the stk.
