in a highly profitable and niche wooden picture frame mouldings industry with
pre-tax margins of 23-24% and strong free cash-flow of 8-12c per share
annually. Co should see improving revenue and earnings margins backed by the
recovering US consumer esp with lower oil prices translating into stronger overall
discretionary spending, margin, expansion with over 90% of products sold in
USD and venture into both upstream (sawmill) and downstream (wooden picture
frame production) segments. Trades at just 12.1x FY16 PER (on 10% YoY NP
growth) and 6.6% yield; Accumulate (TP RM1.50, 14.9x FY16).

past 10 weeks with RSI trading at a low range of 39 with strong support seen
in the RM2.36-2.40 range. The spin-off of its port division looks
increasingly likely having upped its stake in NCB (21%) over the past few
months, which would unlock further value for Co. Additional catalysts include
1) further clarity on its PDP fees in MRT2 and award of tunneling package, 2)
KL-Spore HSR, and 3) potential 4,556ac of land sale worth approx. RM2bn.
Trades at just 15x FY16 PER (vs 31.2x 7yr historical average) supported by
RM5bn OB; Accumulate (TP RM3.00, 18.9x FY16).
