Share
price has gained 18%
YTD mostly on stronger bandwidth sales, non-recurring contracts and regional
expansion plans. We reckon these positives are priced in. Expectations for
softer bandwidth sales on declining demand from the government, regulatory
risks involved in commissioning of new cables esp. the rollout of the Asia
Pacific Gateway cables (delayed to 2Q16) and poor market sentiment could
limit the stock’s upside. Trades at 17.6x FY16 PER (vs 13x 5yr average) with
price just cutting below its 100 day SMA and weekly macd falling below the
signal line, we recommend to Take Profit. (Buy back @ RM4.80, 15x FY16).

Stock is expected to face further
headwinds moving forward esp its automotive division (72% Revenue) which is
facing margin pressures on stiffer pricing competition, weakening MYR and
weak consumer sentiment. Its languishing O&G division faces risks as 4 of
its jack-up rigs (contract expiring end’15) have yet to secure news
contracts. Coupled with a weak oil market, we expect charter rates to be
significantly lower. Further negativity to its Equipment division is expected
from the downturn in mining activities and recent flooding in Myanmar.
Trades at 13.4x FY16 PER vs 8.4x peer average (Auto sector), we recommend a
Sell.
