(0.855) – Despite the slowdown being experience by the property sector, Ecopile’s piling biz is not as affected as the
tender book of >RM1bn consists of a mixture of infrastructure works and
development works in high profile projects such as the Tradewinds Center, BBC,
Kwasa Damansara. YTD the company has already won close to RM500m new jobs to
add to its existing order book of RM500m. Falling from a high of RM1.17, to a recent low of RM0.805,
current levels the company at a very conservative forward PE of 8.3x and
yield 3%. Short term target RM1.03

2016 would give GMB clearer earnings visibility and enhance clarity on
dividends. Given GasM’s healthy balance sheet being net cash, enabling the comp to deliver a high dividend
payout ratio. Forward year PE of 18.6x and 5% yield,
we view this as a good level to accumulate a defensive yielding comp.
