Counter
has performed admirably since the IPO, largely on the back of its superior
margin against peers, aggressive expansion plans ( warehouse capacity &
fleet expansion) translating into solid earnings growth going forward.
However, it is now trading at PER of c11x FY16, almost at par with peer
logistic stock with bigger market capitalization. We reckon the net profit
growth of 14-16% for FY15-16 has been reflected in the price. Group does not
have a formal dividend policy although arguably, it could assume a payout
ratio of 25%, translating to yield of c3%. Competition & labor shortage
risks remain. RSI @ 73; Trim ( Buyback at RM1.04, 9x FY16).

The
share price has eased c8% over the past 2 months on the back of concerns the
sub-sector will face temporary excess supply situation for 2H2015 (due to
completion of MRT1/LRT2 works but before MRT2/LRT3 starts in 2016). Group is
now refocusing on growing order-book, which stands at RM100m at present,
backed by a tender-book of RM500m. The prospects of the piling segment remain
strong, backed by the MRT2/LRT3 projects & high rise developments amid
land scarcity in prime locations. Group strength remains – full range of
equipments, improvised piling solution when required & strong B/S.
Trading at 10.7x CY16, vs construction sector’s forward PE of 10-16x;
Accumulate ( TP RM4.20 on 12x CY16 EPS).
