Share price has fallen 20% from its recent
high in May of RM3.15 and sits on its strong support line of RM2.50 w MACD on
the verge of cutting up. Despite the tough OSV mkt, Coastal has recorded ytd
OSV sales of RM327m bringing its vessel orderbook to RM1.2bn providing 2yr
visibility. Furthermore 2H earnings will be boosted by the delivery of its 1st
Gas Compression Unit to PEMEX w long term fixed 8yrs contract providing them
w recurring income. With almost RM500m cash, company has been reported to be
on the lookout for acquisition. Trades at undemanding 6.3xFY15PER vs 3yr fwd

Share price has eased from its recent high of
RM1.80 w current price offering a decent yield of 4.8% for FY16. Its earnings
growth will be backed by commissioning of unit 4 of Tanjung Bin plant next yr
boosting its capacity by 17% to 7,036MW. MALAKOFF targets to achieve total
effectively capacity of 10,000MW by 2020. Company has the advantage of
bidding for future power plant project given the availability of land
adjacent to its existing plants. Earnings visibility is strong as three
quarter of its PPA will only expire after 2024. Accumulate w TP: RM2.22
