Fundamentally, the
group will look to increase contributions from its high margin biotech
products (high precision weighing scales and centrifuges) to 50% from 25% of
revenue in the next 3 years. Whilst growth has not been exciting, we like the
group for 1) its R&D which concentrates on optimizing its operations 2)
more higher margin product launches as part of their expand the biotech
segment 3) steady stream of earnings helped the group maintain its consistent
dividend payout (90<% net profit) 4)Favourable USD as 90% revenue is
exported. Valuations seem undemanding at 12x and pays 7.2% div yield (FY15).
Group is also with no debt and is net cash of 0.30 cents per share.
ACCUMULATE on weakness, immediate support (S1) seen at RM1.47 & next (S2)
is at RM1.43.

Matrix
concepts’ long term prospect should remain intact as the group’s positioning
in the niche affordable housing segment in the greater Klang Valley remains
firm. Currently, group has unbilled sales of RM400 which will provide
visibility for the year and would grow more ahead of the 1bn launches
in 2h2015. At current prices group is trading at 6x PE for FY15, pays 7.1%
yield which is comparable to REIT average of 6.3%. and is trading at 33%
discount to RNAV of RM3.75. Share price retraced from a high of RM2.75 and is
currently trading at the 61.8% retracement level. ACCUMULATE with a TP of
RM2.80 based on 6.3% yield.
