Share price risen 15% since our call on the
9/4 upon the bullish technical formation paired with the strong rebound in
oil prices recently. Given the weaker oil prices which tumbled 5% on
Friday, we feel that it is a good opportunity to lock in some profits as the
current share price is trading at the 50% retracement level (using recent
high of RM2.60 – RM1.60 low). While there are no change in fundamentals of
the stock, the outlook for oil remains challenging for the industry. On
Friday’s close, share price formed an inverted hammer which is a potential
reversal sign. Trading Sell into strength and a BB around RM1.72 level.

Group’s fundamentals remain intact as it has won
over RM1.1b orderbook ytd which brings the total outstanding orderbook to
RM1.8bil that will provide earnings visibility for the next 2 years.
Furthermore, Sendai is set to benefit from the forex gain as the bulk of the
o/b are from the Middle East which are pegged to the USD. Moving ahead, the
management is aiming to surpass its all-time high o/b of RM1.6b as it’s
looking at a few sizable contracts namely from the Middle East (Qatar
World Cup 2022, Expo Dubai 2020, Mohammed bin Rashid City in Dubai and 11
world-class sports stadiums as part of the King Abdullah Program) & also
local contracts for Petrochemical plants and possible steel works for KL118
Tower. Currently trading at undemanding valuations of 8x for FY16, 0.62x P/b.
Accumulate on attractive prospect, superior O/b and margin expansion.
