Delays in finalising the PISA accelerated
teaching project & the sale of 30% stake in UniMY to MARA due to a new
Education Minister needing time to familiarise his portfolio resulted in
PresBhd losing > 25% of its mkt cap. Clearly the selling is overdone with
stock reaching oversold levels not seen for the last 2 years. The volume rose
sharply yesterday with the bullish engulfing candle triggering buy signal
while stock still at oversold (rsi = 28) level. It’s an opportunity to buy
into the largest information & communications technology training &
software provider for the M'sian govt. FY16 PER of 13.2x vs 3-yr average of

Buy ahead of a very strong set of Q2 results
given that sales volume will improved from the seasonally low period of Q1
and better selling prices & profit margin from improved product mix &
appreciation of the USD (it is estimated that every 1% appreciation in USD,
FY15 eps will increase by 7%). Hevea is off >20% from last month's high
& its macd has just flashed a buy call yesterday. Valuations are
attractive with FY15 & FY16 PER at 6.7x & 5.5x respectively. Buy (TP:
