Price performance remains lacklustre falling
from the recent high of RM2.59 to current levels amid sluggish oil prices
that dried up newsflow amongst the upstream sector. We are impressed that the
co has managed to secure approx up to RM500mil contract ytd (first foothold
into water injection facilities contract for brownfields) bringing its total
o/b to RM2.7bil that will last till 2021. In 2h will see maiden contributions
from its Tanjung Baram RSC in USD diminishing concerns of its USD debt loan.
Trading at only 7.2x PE for FY16 and 0.98x p/b. Technical chart formed a
bullish flag with a possible 26cents upside from 1.82 also closing the gap at
RM1.95-RM2.00. BUY with an immediate TP of RM2.00 o 8.3x PE. (RL)
