at 71 and trading at upper end of Bollinger band. With a slowdown in region
especially China accelerating and low oil prices, we expect the see downward
pricing pressure especially its Olefin & Derivatives products translating
into weaker profit margins. It’s Labuan methanol shutdown in 3Q to allow for
Dalak pipeline connection will only be ready by 1Q’16. Trades at 17.6x
FY16 vs 5-year forward of 13.5x; Trim into strength. (Buyback at RM5.65 on
15.2x FY16 PER)

Share price has lagged the general market recovery having retreated
26% over past 6 months, which we feel is overdone. Group’s courier segment is
expected to drive growth forward projected at >20% driven mainly by the
booming e-commerce industry. Margins are expected to improve with no
significant workforce additions and from its 5-year strategic plan to become
a regional postal and logistics player. Trades at 14.2x FY7 PER vs regional
average of 20x and RSI at 39, weekly macd cutting up with hammer candle; Buy
with immediate target of RM4.24.
