Buy RHBCap rights as a cheaper exposure (2.2%
discount) to RHBCap which has dropped 24% since the release of the
circular to shareholders on its 1:5 rights issue @ RM4.82. The rights
are being sold down as some shareholders are reluctant to subscribe to the
rights, hence providing an opportunity to own a large cap bank at a highly attractive
valuations of 0.75x p/bk & 8.5x PER for FY15 vs 5-year average p/bk of
1.26x & 10.0x PER. Buy

Since our buy call on 8/9/15, TGuan has soared 59% and
during the past week, it has also spiked up 21% due to good 3Q’15 results.
Stock is now heavily overbought with RSI @ 86% & trades at prospective
PER of 11.2x, significantly higher than its 5-year average PER of 7.5x. It
has also exceeded the consensus 12-month target price of RM2.51. Going ahead,
there may be risk of earnings disappointment as 3Q’15 good results is partly
due to the weak MYR vs the USD & this trend is showing early signs of
reversal with the resolution of some of the issues. Take profit
