MINHO’s main business involves timber
trading, manufacturing, service and treatment, timber extraction as well as
property development. Last Q results showed a major improvement in earnings
due 1) forex gains 2) higher timber prices 3) increase demands from Europe
4)Meru residential property launch. Stock appears undervalued atm as it has a
100-acre land in Kapar, Klang worth more than RM120mil (vs mktcap of
RM150mil) which excludes the other 145acres of leasehold land which its
factory, storage and office is sitting on. Estimate NTA is approx RM3.03 and
could potentially be higher as it last revaluation was in 2009. Currently
trading at 8x PE vs 7 year avg of 11x. Chart formed a bullish flag pattern
with a potential 40c upside from RM1.40. Weekly MACD has cut up. BUY

We continue to like the group for its
defensive nature of the education business as well as its attractive dividend
yield. The group also have a few re-rating catalysts coming from: 1) roll out of budget
schools leveraging on its Sri KDU brand with construction of 1,500 capacity
Klang campus by early 2016 2) affordable housing project launch in 2H15
(Sepang), 3)RM1.3bn Batu Kawan education metropolis launching in 2016, 4)
potential education property asset monetization . Trades at 7.8x FY17 PER
supported by 5.5% yield (40-50% div policy); Accumulate.
