Following the
strong rebound in construction names recently, we think it’s timely to
accumulate HSL as it trades near its major support of RM1.81. Armed with
RM870mil o/s order which will provide earnings visibility for at least nxt 2
yrs, this prominent Swak contractor is still gunning for several high profile
projects, namely Phase 2 Kuching Centralized Wastewater System (RM0.8b), Pan
Borneo Highway (RM27b) & various infra projects under SCORE which is exp
to be rolled out thruout 2015. Group also has a healthy constr margins
(14%~ vs ind avg
EBIT margin of 7%), strong bal sheet w net cash of 28c/share. Currently
trading @ an undemanding 10x FY 16 PE. Stochastics pending a buy entry;
daily trading volume has been picking up indicating strong signs of
accumulation. Break up neckline seen at RM1.95. Accum on weakness w TP of
RM2.30 based on 13x PE FY16.

price formed a bearish flag pattern with a potential 48 cents downside if it
breaks below the RM6.06 neckline. We feel that this is an opportunity to Take
profit and continue to sell into strength as the Outlook for the group remain
challenging after both of its highest contributions CELCOM and Axiata XL
contracted in 1H in results of heightened competition & following the
implementation of GST locally. Other risks also include fluctuation of region
currency as well as the US debt exposure (44%) which the group plans to
reduce over the next 6months to a year. Sell
