Dialog(2.39) – a foreign favourite big cap and a major laggard in the
oil & gas sector, with increasing earnings traction seen in the last 2
quarters. Dialog has been consolidating in an ascending triangle since
mid-2011 and recently its trading has narrowed to 2.30 – 2.40 as it
approaches the apex of the triangle. The initial resistance is at 2.40 with a
break-out level at 2.50. Potential catalysts are improving earnings from
increased profit recognition as the Penggerang CTF Phase 1 completes in the
2H 3013 and additional EPCC contracts from their captive projects in the JV
at Balai marginal field and Bayan field EOR. Longer term, Dialog is a
front runner for fabrication & construction jobs from the Petronas
USD20bn Rapid project which is in the vicinity of their current Penggerang
CTF works, and the increased recurring earnings from their storage

GBGAQRS(0.94) – recently market has rotated to small and mid-cap
property stocks which have seen strong rallies from their lows. GBGAQRS is a
laggard in this sector since its listing in July 2012 where it traded to a
high of 1.22 before correcting to an April 2013 low of 0.865. It has
confirmed GDV sales of RM953m in the Klang Valley and Permas Jaya, Johor,
which provide earnings visibility for the next 3 years. While its
construction division has outstanding order book of RM550m which will last
them till FY15. The stock is trading at an attractive prospective PER of 5x
