Share price fell almost 15% from its recent
high of RM3.00 after concerns were raised of a slowdown in advertising
expenditure (Adex) in 2015 due to indirect impact of GST spending as well as
the rationalizing of subsidy that will affect consumer spending. In the
shorter term however, Adex should continue to rise as the 2014 FIFA world
cup, Visit Malaysia 2014 as well as the upcoming CNY will encourage more
media spending before the implementation of the GST in April 2015. Technical
chart reveals a slight rebound yesterday after drifting closer to its support
of RM2.50(Bollinger support), RSI is only 44% while MACD pending a cut up.
Currently trading at 12x for FY14 and only 10.8x for FY 15 vs 7 year average
of 18.95x. At current prices, group pays 5.7% yield for FY14. Trading BUY
with a TP of RM2.90.

Share price fell from a high of RM11.20 and
is currently trading at its 52 week low amidst concerns of electricity tariff
hikes and cut of petrol subsidy increasing the base price for cement. We feel
that the price hit down is widely unjustified as more major infrastructure
projects such as the MRT (tunnelling & earthworks) as well as
government’s initiative to kick start the affordable homes segment will
contribute to significantly to the group’s earnings for the next few years to
come. At current prices, stock is trading at only 17x PE for FY14 and pays
4.8% dividend yield. With the backing of 364mil (43sens) in net cash, the
group is expected to continue paying 90% of its net profit). Chart RSI is
only 19% and is widely oversold; MACD is still negative. Technical BUY with
an immediate TP of RM9.00.
